Margaret and Neal Amos, the mother-and-son duo behind Southern Straws, started their bakery out of a love for sharing homemade cheese straws with family and friends. Using an old family recipe, they handcraft their cheese straws with premium cheese, butter, flour and (of course!) a secret ingredient. The result is a bite-sized wafer that is packed with flavor and cooked to crisp perfection. Southern Straws are perfect for gifts, celebrations, and everyday snacks. Whatever the occasion, we know you’ll say, “these are the best cheese straws ever!”
