Margaret and Neal Amos, the mother-and-son duo behind Southern Straws, started their bakery out of a love for sharing homemade cheese straws with family and friends. Using an old family recipe, they handcraft their cheese straws with premium cheese, butter, flour and (of course!) a secret ingredient. The result is a bite-sized wafer that is packed with flavor and cooked to crisp perfection. Southern Straws are perfect for gifts, celebrations, and everyday snacks.
